WHAT DO WE DO?
For over 15 years we are specialized in the processing and complete supply of mechanical parts of medium complexity on lots from 1 to 500 pieces. Through our diversified machine park we are able to offer the customer one or a combination of multiple processes, guaranteeing a single reference and high quality standards, with an air-conditioned control room.
Upon request, we provide a procurement manager service, delivering products from the raw material, through any heat or surface treatment to the finished product with dedicated laser marking.
For the structures of the motor rolling mills, we have favored stability and essentiality, reducing to a minimum the fairings that are sources of noise and unnecessary costs. Our simple and at the same time advanced structure allows you to work in complete safety and comfort.
The load-bearing structure rolling mills have a closed-circuit cylinder lubrication system, thus preventing the final product or any processing residues from becoming contaminated, making recovery operations more difficult and expensive.
We have also tried to keep the background noise as low as possible to allow for greater comfort during prolonged use. Furthermore, the variation in rotation speed of the cylinders allows us to choose the optimal advancement in each phase of the rolling process and adapt it to each type of alloy and requirement.
